This really upsets me, he was my favorite reporter of anyone on TV. I really wanted him to be the new CBS news anchor... now I know why he wasn't chosen. A good guy.

I was just thinking the other day I hadn't seen him in a while...

I remember the interview with Wynton Marsalis he did at Tipitina's... CBS let him keep his earring in for that one, [GRIN].

Dang...Ed is dead...bummer.

We can all be comforted by his superficial whitewash on illegal immigration, and so many other biting investigations (LOL)

crash - I only did that to Peter Jennings. The reason? He did that to Ronald Reagan DURING the funeral. It was really sad, but since he did it, I figured he wouldn't mind one bit as he looks up at us.

Reagan hasn't risen from the dead yet, has he? The folks at the library better keep some stakes and mallets handy....

Him bashing Reagan in the funeral made it right. If I had ever met him in person, he would have lost a couple of teeth. Consider him lucky.

I met Dan Blather in person (LOL) twice....once was a speech when he was asked a tough question and he turned to the General and asked him to tell the Cadet to sit down.

The second was in an airport. LOL...he was gladhanding some people. I walk by and he sticks out his hand and says, "HI!" I looked at him and said, "Mr Brinkley good to meet you."...LOL looked like he had just #&%!$e himself.

From a conservative forum: Bradley was a pinko, Commie, Liberal liar. Why should I get all teary-eyed about what a swell guy he was, just because he has gone to meet his Maker?

He was a sorry person who did great damage to this great country. I am glad he is going to answer for his efforts.

LOL!
