“Yep...it's a problem at the hospital where we have 5200+ employees with email accounts. We are getting the same exact emails...blah.”

“During the last three months I received a lot of that junk. Interesting that it all arrived for my TT mailbox. None arrived in my other mailboxes.

As each one arrived I placed the sender in my "block mail list," all 27 of them. I have not seen any of it for over a month now, so the blocking must be working.”

“I don't even open my spam folder, just empty the 73 or so I get everyday right into the trash.”

“Same here I am getting a bunch that are pdfs or whatnot so the word identification system is not catching the screwy words.

There ain't a whole lot you can do. I go into my options and just block the whole server. Seems to work.”
