Give a Christmas Present to PA TrailsView MessagesViewing posts 1 to 18 of 18 messages posted.
“Here's a chance to give and receive this holiday season with a PA Hikes 2007 calendar. The PA Hikes 2007 Calendar highlights various sections of the trails in central Pennsylvania and around the state. Each month depicts a hike on some of the various trails found in the Keystone State. All photos were taken during a hike on that month. View scenes from the Mid State Trail, Allegheny Front Trail, Old Logger's Path, and many others. For every calendar purchased, a donation of $5.00 will be given to the Keystone Trail Association. Enjoy the beautiful scenery that the trails of Pennsylvania have to offer and give a little something back in return. You can get your copy of the PA Hikes 2007 Calendar here: http://www.thehikingspot.com/p-120-pa-hikes-2007-calendar.aspx” 3:19:11 PM 12/02/06 “Is there an adress to send a check to/ I dont use credit cards.” 5:10:34 PM 12/02/06 “Yes there is. During checkout you will be given the opportunity to pay via check. The address to which you should send the check will be shown at that time.” 5:27:35 PM 12/02/06 “I just tried to order one but got an error when I hit "place order." Part of the message was this: Server Error in '/' Application. No Distributor E-Mail Found!, DistributorID=1 Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.ArgumentException: No Distributor E-Mail Found!, DistributorID=1 Can you check if my order went through or do I have to do it all over again. Bruce Jodoin is the name on my order.” 5:50:31 PM 12/02/06 “Pennsy, I got your order and will look into this error. Thanks. Scott” 7:21:03 PM 12/02/06 “Pennsy, Thanks again for your order. I found the problem that caused your error and corrected it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Scott” 7:41:42 PM 12/02/06 “I just ordered one and everything seemed to work OK. Nice calendar.” 8:04:45 PM 12/02/06 “Thanks Rich. Yes, I saw your order came through just fine. Glad you like the looks of the calendar. All of the photos were taken through out this year, with the exception of December: that was from 2005. Most of them come from sections of the Mid State Trail (5 of the photos, I believe) as that is the trail that I hiked most this year. ENS and Jmitch should recognize at least one of the photos as they were along for the hike on the Mid State from PA287 to Blackwell. The calendars have been for sale since Wednesday and so far I have sold 5 calendars. My goal is to sell at least 20 by the end of the year and donate $100 (hopefully more) to the KTA. This donation should help purchase some much needed trail maintenance equipment.” 8:27:21 PM 12/02/06 “Excellent! Thanks.” 8:33:02 PM 12/02/06 “I got service unavailable scott.” 9:30:21 PM 12/02/06 “Thanks Scott, great idea and good to hear they will get some new equipment from the sale of the calendars.” 9:44:08 PM 12/02/06 “Jackstraw, not sure what the problem was, but it seems to be working now.” 10:40:32 PM 12/02/06 “that's awesome Scott! I will order one as well!” 9:14:05 PM 12/03/06 “Thanks, guys, for the orders. I should have these shipped out to you by the end of the week. You'll receive an email notification when they ship. Tally so far stands at 6 calendars: that's $30 for the Keystone Trails Association. Only 14 more to go to reach my goal!” 6:26:33 PM 12/04/06 “My calendar arrived today. It looks great. Very nice job, Scott.” 7:58:57 PM 12/11/06 “Thanks Pennsy. Glad you liked it. I am assuming you recognize some of those pictures? Can you guess where the cover photo was taken? You've hiked it many times (I know that isn't much of a hint, but I don't want to make it too easy for you to guess).” 12:44:19 PM 12/12/06 “Yes indeedy, I recognize some of those pics. I didn't need a hint for the cover photo. Black Forest Trail for sure, and I'll take a stab and say you took that photo from Columbine Vista?” 6:41:32 PM 12/17/06 “I need to hurry up and order this calendar.” 7:18:18 PM 12/17/06
