It's 32 here. In my hometown it's 25 but "feels like" 12. I don't miss that.

No, I was looking at Minnesota Orchestra Radio to play some music, and Decorah's temperature was at the top of the page. Chile had me depressed, but pleasant memories from Decorah of you made me feel good.

Aww, well I'm not quite in Decorah ;-) but I can tell you we've had wicked winds and the windchill... well, I see now it could be -2. I think the winds were higher and it was worse than that today. I'm not a wimp (really I'm not!) but I drove to get lunch a couple block away. Didn't want my gloved hand freezing off holding the bag coming back to the office into the wind.

waah, waah, I'll cut the violin now, lol

yes it would be nice to see Nimblefoot's "Man of the Year" again. Hey, that's right, you and he met on a Yellow River hike, right?

Doesn't The Decorah Daily Disturbance have a website where which one could get a gander at the daily weather?

No. After my 50th Class Reunion in Appleton, I went to visit with him in NW Wisconsin. I slept on the floor in front of the glass fire screen. I believe he was using me as a shield, as he slept across the rug on a coach. He must have known that glass was about to explode. We did go for a nice, canoe ride the next morning.

Surely you remember how he refused to buy me some underwear. I thought we were friends, but then I remembered how he let me rot in jail near the casino. That's why I did not continue with the hiking. I might have thrown him off one of the Indian Mounds.
