“Okay...from experience.
1. Make her breastfeed, it gives you nine months or so of rest (heck she can handle it all you will do is get in the way)
2. Invest in Winnie the Pooh 45 minute (there are two types the 45 minute is preferable) tapes and a 13" TV/VCR that had automatic rewind...you can sleep to Winnie and the kids will be engrossed.
3. Congrats, let me know if I can get you anything, the other half works in early childhood therapy intervention (physical therapy) so any questions...call.”

“No, the real hike is coming out.”

“yeah - hike in one just follows the water down hill until Quillen - hike out you need to remember which run you came in on - actually these days its a tougher hike down by the water than it is up on the ridge - once you get past the mess by the parking area the ridge is not bad hiking”

“Too bad I can't use my chain saw in Sipsey.
That mess by the road could be cleaned up without to much trouble.
