“I see you guys are going close to Shoshone...I hiked down and around the North side of the lake and out the way you guys took to Old Faithful. You'll get to see the Lonestar Geyser if you go that way:



You'll also pass close to the Shoshone Geyser Basin which is worth detouring to and exploring:



And if you want there is an amazing campsite beside the basin 4p1 I believe, great view of the lake and some mountains. Have fun, I love yellowstone!”
