WOW..you know LS one of the toughtest jobs I have had is to tell parents the bad news. All I can say is how proud I am of the organ donation decision.

I had my first chemo treatment yesterday. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. All the new prescriptions seem to be doing a number on me tho.
It nice & sunny but cold here. I hope to get out to the cemetary to visit and walk a little. I'm having trouble having missed the funeral.”

“le Subtil - I don't know if you're a person of faith, but I added your family to my churches and my personal prayer list. Though we've never met, I've thought about yall lots this week. I imagine you're also dealing with guilt over the funeral. While it doesn't seem so now, you were where you needed to be that day. You have to get strong(physically) again for your family and that's where you needed to be on that day. Lots of us here have never walked in your shoes so we can't really offer advice, but just know we empathize and are here for you in spirit.
