“Dome Peak is north of Glacier Peak, but south of North Cascades National Park. It's at the southern end of the famous Ptarmigan Traverse.”

“Ohhhhhhh, Dome Peak the photo album......I thought Dome Peak itself was gone somewhere and has just returned.”

“If USA is posting Dome Peak pics, I have to post a pic of the top of the peak when it had a big rock on top. This was 1974. USA's view looks like it would be a lot harder to get to the actual summit, because the drop offs on either side of that big snow block are VERY steep. In my pic, we could walk on flat snow most of the way out.
