LBL Trip & pics

“Went to Land Between the Lakes over the Weekend and backpacked in the Fort Henry Trail area with my friends Billy & Jason. Had really nice weather. Daytime temp was about 35, night was about 15.
We wound up camping at the bottom of a trail called Devils Backbone. After it got dark some guys walked through camp wearing Confederate Uniforms. They were heading to the field next to us to do a night Battle reenactment. It was kinda cool even though we couldn't really see anything. The funny part was it scared the s**t out of a coyote that ran through our camp to get away from the gunfire.

The last time I was there it was 8 degrees at night, we stayed in one of those metal dome shelters ...a bit cold..I'd say.
Did you guys see any of those in Fort Henry?I haven't been there yet.”

I didn't see a pic of the coyote retreat. Mebbe it was a Yankee, and just sounded like a coyote?
