can\'t find petite zipoff olive pants
I am looking for petite zipoff olive colored pants. The Boys Scout pants do not have petite sizes. I can find zipoff olive pants, but the problem is finding petite ones.
Any ladies have suggestions?

Wear boys sizes or pay to have them hemmed?
I've never in my life seen petite or tall womens zip-off pants, unfortunately. Mine are floods.

REI's Sahara pants come in petite zip-off's. They don't have olive but they have "sagebrush".

I generally recommend against wearing clothing made from food while in bear country.

Good point - most of us have sleeping bags made from geese! Yikes!

Are you sure you need to wear pants?

motrailscout, what size are you? i'm a 0 or a 1. I weigh 100lbs and am 5' 4 3/4" tall. i can fit REI's kid's pants large. i haven't tried the Boy Scout's zipoff pants yet, not sure i like them as much as i like REI's zipoff pants.

Don't bother buying these things in woman's petite, they will only cost you more. Buy them in kid's sizes.

Thank you for your good ideas Sassafras, lillmountain girl and Pamela. I'm a grandma and scout leader that likes to backpack (44 miles in Yosemite last summer). I'll try the boy's sizes.

I'm an Asst Scoutmaster myself, and also quite tiny. Finding fitting clothes is always an adventure.

I know what you mean. I am 5'2' and most pant waists come up to my armpits (almost).

height isn't my issue, i only weigh 100lbs, too freaking skinny. thank God for clothes, sometimes i think i look like something out of Ethiopia! winter is great because i can layer and no one notices how thin i am.

I go with kid sized pants myself
My zip off's came from the REI Scratch & Dent sale and they have a Scouts name in them too- great deal for the money ($10.00)
