“IV'E heard he's a good maker of tents,but not to many people get them on time?But he charges your card.To me that's not very fair,unless you get in 30 day's from your order.Maybe he needs more help?”

“do not buy anything from Big Sky products, they have had major problems in the past with their shipments and not refunding the customers money”

“Not fair? Not only is it not fair it's unethical and it's not allowed under just about every credit card issuers terms of service.

No matter what, your credit card should never be charged until the item is ready to be shipped or has shipped. Most CCs ask that you call customer service and challenge the charge if you don't receive your purchase within two weeks of being charged.

Depending on your state and the credit card in question you only have 30 to 60 days to challenge a payment. After that you are out of luck.

I make it a point to cancel all orders if I don't get anything after two weeks of my card being charged.

“IT just seems to me like stealing.I could by food, pay bills ect for that month....but i have to pay for the tent that i dont have yet.

But from what i heard ...he is doing better at orders ,but im sure many are still mad.”

I was very close to buying a tent from B.S. but after hearing bad things,from members on here mostly,i guess i'm a lucky one.I still feel it's not right about charging on product for a later time.To me thats wrong.”
