I wore the "Aircraft Carrier" shirt to the grocery store yesterday and this woman asked if I was in the Navy. �

I said, "Why do you ask?".

She said, "The aircraft carrier on your shirt."

I said, "It's not an aircraft carrier..."

She stared at it for about ten seconds (from 2 feet away)... and finally I said, "It's a desk with paper airplanes on it."

Nope.

The big bummer is that back in the day if a Soldier who was airborne qualified was injured you could see an amputee instructing future paratroopers. Those days are gone. I geuss our youth are too tender to see reality. Damn shame, we have some amazing talented and high quality soldiers who have years of experience to pass on.”
