Just me and TrailSnail..trip report

“Last Saturday TrailSnail(my friends Jack Russell..I was dogsitting)and I went on an overnight hike in Long Hunter State Park near Nashville,TN...Great trail along Piercy Priest Lake with many wild flowers in bloom.The trail is 6 miles in with a few good campsites to pick from.We were the only ones there.

The weather was quiet warm..mid 80's in the day lots of sun and 60 at night.

TrailSnail is a great hiking dog but not a good people dog(barks at people) so it worked out good that we were alone since I had her.
