“Great pictures! Thank you for sharing. Mt. Adams holds a special place for me as that was my first backpacking trip many years ago. Blisters, pack weight from hell, trying to light the camp on fire every time I used my cookstove... However, the mountain is magical. I'll always remember getting up at daybreak and the only sights peeking out above the clouds were Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Rainer.”

“You're welcome ladyhiker03, toejam, and dayhiker. I too found it an awesome place, and if I can get the time off of work I'm going to the summit next winter (brrrr).

In which case I'll likely really climb the mountain, as I'll have to park at less than 3,000 feet. ' course you're welcome to come along with me.
