The North American horse was wiped out by the early humans - prolly from 20 to 10 thousand years ago. Horse... the other white meat. They were not to be seen again until the Spaniards arrived.

The horse had yet to be domesticated when the early migrations took place in these parts. Nor had the wheel been developed - it's time of original manufacture is unknown. "Native" Americans brought the bow, though. Proved effective for downing horses I'd suppose.

Nope, you're wrong gojo, horse meat is not white. It looks more like red beef. In fact, you will find it difficult to tell the difference between a horse or a beef steak.
