Lunar Solo for sale
I am selling my Six Moon Designs Lunar Solo. It is gray with the standard floor. The only reason I am selling it is because I got the Lunar Duo. It is in great shape. It's been set up less than a dozen times. Below is the web site to see about the features.

It's listed at $235.00 new, I'm asking 150.00.

It's been set up and use maybe 8-10 times. Yes the price will include shipping but doesn't include stakes (6 required).

I may be interested. I'm getting nailed 1 week from today with taxes and retirement contributions. I'm going to mull over whether I really need to make a purchase. I would like to get it though.

PS, for anyone else interested, don't let my mulling it over stop you from making an offer. First come first serve and I'm stuck in neutral right now. If I snooze, I lose.

Sorry, no additional payment options. :) You can use a credit card through pay pal, that's about the best I can do.

I should spend the money on some decent treking poles... I have useable tents.... the poles I used snowshoeing are ski poles I got at a garage sale for 2 bucks... probably not good for backpacking.

do they have straps mounted at the top of the pole?

do they come up to the height of your armpit minus the width of your fist?

are they light?

if so they are perfect and i am jealous!

i tell you, backpacking always amazes me. the spectrum of what you can do is so vast it's amazing. you can go light, go heavy you can go expensive or go super, super cheap. the BEST gear is often not the expensive stuff if you ask me.

They are alluminum alloy.... light?? They have the strap, but they caome up to my pit minus a couple of fingers... not a fist.

close enough for government work. perhaps a tad long but for the price that's hard to beat. are the straps adjustable?
Jimmy san

hey if they work heck yeah. if you put your hands into the strap from the bottom and grab the pole can you hang your weight from the straps? if so these are keepers.

I have added a picture to help show the space inside. I can fit all my gear in it without any problems. I don't know about a dog, I've never tried it. If no one is interested here, I am going to post it else where. I thought I would give TTer's first offer.

i am shocked this thing is still out there. i have made a lot of jokes here but this is a great tent and somebody will take a lot of weight off their backs when they finally buy it.
