Good hiking loops near Knoxville Tn

“Hey, i was wondering if anyone knew of any hiking loops near Knoxville. I wouldnt mind driving 1-2 hours to get there. My friends and i would be able to handle a trail of medium difficulty. It would also be a plus anyone knew of anyplace that we could fish along the way.If you have any suggestions that would be great. Thanks

“LOL. Well, ok, let's see. If it were me, I would park at School House Gap TH, road walk about 100 feet back toward the Townsend Y, go up Bote Mtn and over to CS 17 and fish to my hearts content. Backtrack to Bote Mtn Trail, go uphill to the next trail to the right (cant remember the name of it off hand), cut West to Turkey pen trail, up that and back across to School House Gap trail. (Make a short detour uphill at SH Gap Trail to white oak sinks), then back down hill to my vehicle.”
