I need advice on trails

“Some friends and I are looking for a strenuous backpacking trail in either Tennessee or West Virginia. It can be a 2-3 day trail with camping along the way permitted. It would also be nice to be able to do some fishing. Does anybody have some suggestions for me?? Thanks!!”
