“Heading out tomorrow morning for 11 days in beautiful WVa. I'll be staying at Seneca Shadows if anybody happens by and wants to share a beer or three.

I'll do a couple of short day hikes to see if my knee will hold up, some fossil hunting, prospecting for good maple syrup, and of course buying up ramps for the Cinco de Mayo tacos y cervessa.

Not sure what campsite I'll be in. They're laying water and sewer lines, so two of their loops will be closed. Look for a beige Ford Exploder, and American flag and Army flag, and a Mad Dog University poster. That will be me.”

Yes, it's always good in WVa CD and SL, even if it rains and is cold and the brakes go out on top of North Fork Mountain.”
