“Hike?! WTF? I don't hike. Well, sometimes I get tricked into the occasional trip, but mostly I just post on here reliving what few hikes I get to do.

“Ewker I was invited by Mr. Speers to that trip and I really wish I could attend but I have a prior commitment for this weekend.I have a Speers hammock,fortunatly my thief left it for me at Trail Days. I am going to get my daughter one of the Eaqles Nest Hammocks next week when I go to Asheville. Have fun and thanks for your invitation.

Is anyone familiar with Blood Mountain,GA that would be willing to host a trip?

Humanpackmule I am up for suggestions. I would like to go somewhere that I haven't been before but it's kinda hard to host a trip when yo're not familiar with the trail or what the area offers. I could post a trip to an area that I haven't visited for awhile like maybe Roan Mountain on the AT.

I talked to Ed at Trail Days about it and had also emailed him what happened. Great guy who listens and understands what can go wrong.
