If the Naked Cowboy, is as much a title and "company name" as it is a description of his attire, then you have a tough road to prove deception assuming the origin of the name is correct. Wikipedia has no reference to that part of the story so I can not entirely vouch for its accuracy.”

“the thing is, i never see a bucket or anything that holds money. people takes pics with him but they never give him money or does he ask for it. but we did notice his face is on some itmes that the street venders were selling. like t-shirts hats belts...things like that. i wonder if that is how he makes his money? i mean this guys goes to FLa in the winter time!”
