Petition to Keep Trailtalk the Way it Is

“everyone please sign to state to the new owners of trailtalk that we don't want them coming in and mucking about and changing everything and therefore driving everyone away. please keep it the way it is. matt was a very laissez-faire type of webmaster, we would like the new owners to do the same, or we will be leaving you in flocks and droves. please keep the chatter and fuego categories, please please please keep the trips page, dont change the forum format, etc. just dont change anything, ok? if matt ever changed anything, he talked to us about it first. he was a gem among webmasters. he actually gave a shoot about what the regulars wanted. dont be one of those jackass owners who takes a great site and completely overhauls it over everyones protests, k?

He doesn't owe me anything, or do I owe him anything. IMHO, myself, and some others on this board, had hand to the sale of this place. Without the political crap and flame wars, this place wouldn't have been sold for as much as it was. A site is only as valuable as the hits it gets, or so I've heard.

Sounds like the sale of this place has you a little tore up, or something. As you full well know, sell out isn't just a monetary term. Grow up? Hey, no reason to get pissed at me for just pointing out the obvious. One had to be pretty oblivious to what was happening around here. Perhaps you should channel "all that" to the appropriate area; like the former owner of the place.
