Carson Pass

“I am planning a 3 or 4 day backpacking trek from Woodfords over Carson Pass to Iron Mountain Resort.
The people originally going with me have backed out.
If anyone is interested in hiking the old 49er trail please let me know.
The trek is 35 miles and will cross two passes, Carson ~8,600 feet & West ~9,600 feet. Wednesday, August 1st to Saturday the 4th or Friday the 3rd. There is plenty of water and we will be hiking near highway 88 most of the way.”
