Campsite numbers?
Where within the campground will the majority of the campers be? Primitive Group sites? or are we aiming for more comfort?

I'd like to make reservations that will place me near the group center.

With ST on board all sorts of new classes become possible.

How to spend the night subfreezing on a bamboo mat with only Nalgene bottles placed near your crotch to help keep you from freezing.

How to gut and field dress an insurgent.

80# packs are fun.

ChuckD, my wife is a scrapbooking fanatic. She does a couple scrapbooking conventions every year. Whatever floats her boat, plus our son favorite thing is to look thru the scrapbooks with her. makes it all worthwhile.

TT'ers will probably take all the group tent primitive campsite. Thank goodness it's on the opposite end of the compound from security.

I'll go over some time this month and make arrangements for the primitive tent sites. I don't think there will be much of a crowd there that time of year, but I will reserve three to begin with.

please note it is 5.00 per person per night on the group site. Last month when we were there a guy with his 2 kids didn't realize that it was going to cost him 15.00 each night on top of chipping in for the group site

If we can make it work for us to all go then tent versus hotel will depend on the baby. Baby Addie will be 14 months old then. The average low is freezing that time of year. If baby comes then hotel. If not, tent.

I just called to book my cabin and they said the camp store will be open. I also checked to make sure the hot tubs will be in operation :). They said everything should be just like it is in the summer.

I also just found out that veterans day is Alumni day at my daughters old middle school. my younger daughter is starting there this year and my older one would fight through rabid hyenas to be there for Alumni day since this will be the first year she will be an Alumni. So we will not be staying sunday night.
