Good Morning!!! :)

“Hello Friends and Extended Family,

It is a beautiful day out today~ I hope those of you who are going packing this weekend get to cut out from work early and enjoy yourselves. I will be working again this weekend (lots of overtime lately!) But will be getting out in the morning hours into the sunshine and fresh air. I will be looking forward to normal hours soon though, 100 hour pay checks are nice, but I would much prefer being out in the woods! I may go camping my next weekend of, I am thinking of just driving up north along the shore and seeing some sights or checking out parks I've never gone to. Perhaps I may go south to turkey run, haven't decided yet.

What is the weather like in your neck of the woods today and what are your weekend warrior plans?”

“I'm heading out for the woods after lunch today. I'm planning on checking out the Linville Gorge area for a little while and then go over to Lost Cove to explore some trails that I haven't been on before.”

I get to go watch a dear, old friend get married tomorrow. It's the kind of ceremony and reception that has been termed "a party with a wedding thrown in". Drinks start at 6pm, ceremony is at 7, and it's being held at the fair grounds which won't boot us out until 1:30am. Birch and I are taking early shifts as bar tenders. It's going to be a blast with loads of good friends and good food. And who knows, we may get some bag nights out of it.”
