recent TT events

“haven't had much time to keep track of this place lately. so here's my own cliff notes version of what i think's gone down in the last couple weeks:

-stratusloop made a bunch of trolls and has been going after bobo for some reason
-bobo now knows it's statusloop and has "called him out"

-elise went on vacation, some new tightass moderator took over and started whacking threads
-BB and phaed got pissed about the thread whacking
-the new tightass moderator banned BB and phaed
-splinkjet, the headhoncho(?) yanked the reins from tightass and reinstated BB and phaed

-hyway still hasn't come out with part 2 of his trilogy
-lyra and ENS are still are maintaining their fake marriage scam

We should start a thread and call it something like "The Daily Drama Summary" in which every evening someone could post a synopsis, in one screen's length or less, all the drama that has gone on. Some of us don't have the time to check this every couple of minutes... :D

But for what I did read, I hope Bobo gets his wish. Having fun is one thing, but personal attacks that just keep on going and going to insult Bobo is Bull!! One of the threads talk about standing up for your friends on here and people picking sides.
Well, I choose the Bobo side!! Not just because I've been on more then a few trips with him, but because he is a stand up guy, who tells it like it is, and would help anybody who needed him. Hiding behind a fake ID to insult somebody = #&%!$!
Remember, opinions are just like a$$holes = everybodys got one. This one is mine.

“I ceased being European at the end of October, (tear). Right now I'm squatting in hot Phx, and next summer we're back home in WNC. But my Italian Mom and Dad (the nabes) are coming to stay with us from mid-Oct thru mid-Nov.

Every time I read a Europe-setting book, I'm ready to leave fuct up USA and getting back to rural European peasentry. The "old country" cain't be beat for raising your kids.

“Ape, yeah, it was a crazy year last year for us (new baby, new job, new apartment, etc. etc.) so we didn't get a whole lot of travel time. I was thinking of you guys though, because we are heading out to N. Italy (Lago Orta) for a week...was just about to email you.

Switzerland has been good to us, and I completely agree about raising kids in Europe...they make everything pretty easy for kids, even travel...of course no one beats the Italians for loving babies.
