Posted in Beating Cancer....
but starting a thread of its own..

I've been sitting on my duff, seeing too much cancer. The Lance Armstrong Foundation wants to Beat Cancer. Time to do something again. I've set a goal of raising $2,500, riding 70 miles, and have set up a team. Any other PNW TTer's interested in supporting a good cause, walking, riding or running and experiencing an awe inspiring event? Join the team "LIVESTRONG Columbia"!

Join LIVESTRONG Columbia, walk in Portland. I'm taking the week after off. Needed Mon to drive back. Plenty of options in that area. ;-D

Ultimate Cycling Challenge
This upcoming weekend I am participating in a fun little event called the Ultimate Cycle Challenge. This is an annual event held at Ultimate Fitness and Health in Holland MI. and the proceeds go to the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

The Ultimate Cycling Challenge is a indoor cycling event and I will ride as a member of Team GRAAR doing my part to keep a stationary bike in constant motion for 24 hrs.

If any of you would like to support my efforts you can click on the link below to make a online donation or if you prefer you can shoot me an email and we'll figure something out :)
This is an awesome event put on by a good friend of mine and is for a great cause......not to mention a LOT of fun :) and any donations/ support will be greatly appreciated!

Even though keeping a stationary bike in constant motion sounds a bit difficult I'm up for a donation.
Come on y'all! Throw in for a good cause.
