As for myself, I have a campsite at the park for both Friday and Saturday nights, Sept. 14 and 15. The event itself is Sept. 15. Some geocachers I'm acquainted with are staying one or both nights.

I'll have some room on my campsite for a few more people. Contact me if interested. When I booked it, there were only four campsites left... although our favorite hangout of Labor Day weekend 2006 - the KICKAPOO VALLEY RESERVE!! - is just a few miles away and has opportunities galore for primitive camping.

Plenty of hiking around and/or mt. biking and/or canoeing if you want to do more than just geocache. Me (and Graska and RoxyRuby and dryfoot and Ike) have already found the permanent caches in the park - SEVEN of them! - and a few close-by ones. There will be more temporary caches. There are quite a few with good hikes in the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.

This isn't really my trip, it's put on by the WI Geocaching Association. But I thought I'd mention it in case anyone wants to go!
