my definition of a 'good' granola bar-

low sodium
low sugar
real sugar
no trans fats
tastes good
doesn't easily melt
doesn't easily freeze up

I can't think of a granola bar I'd die for, but if you're a VaTech fan, you likely have no life anyway...

Not a nice way to talk to the esteemed (in his mind) Mr. MarkO. Understandable, but not nice.

Creek...those are my favorites!!! Although I never get enough chocolate! :-)~

I was kinda funny how I discovered them. I was standing in the aisle waiting for the hubby and had just happened to stop in front of the granola bars...wasn't even looking at them...and this woman pops up from nowhere...kinda from behind me...and actually startled me. She started selling me on the Kashi bars! She went into great details about the ingrediants and I needed to make sure it has this and that but make sure it doesn't have much of something or other because that gives us gas!!! I was in such awe I just smiled and said thank you...and she went on her merry way! After that I had to try them! I thought maybe there was some magical ingredient!

CG, I never get enough chocolate either! I am truly addicted. At least with the Kashi bars I feel like I am not eating total junk. That's funny about that lady. Hey, I've been know to reach in front of other customers to get the last box of the chocolate cherry ones. They were taking too long to decide! You snooze, you lose. hehe

Quaker breakfast bars are one of the most unhealthy thing you can put in your mouth. Read the label

Das Foot could probably use some fiber in his diet and maybe he wouldn't be so full of schitt.

The Odwalla bars are pretty good. They sell them in the smaller sizes now. The big ones kind of gag me.

I do not care for the taste of the Quaker bars. Some kind of artificial taste. Sort of like the taste of microwave popcorn with the chemical butter flavor, which I hate.
