“LOL at German gramps! Great for him! Just this Friday another granmps gave me a fender bender. He was merging into my lane, up in front of me, 'sept he wadn't in front of me, not quite. Nicest ole geezer, was a WWII vet. Said his squad worked in Newfoundland seperating out pure oxygen to put into them long range bombers. Said it was his crew who oxygened the Enola Gay, but at the time they had no idea where the Enola Gay was going, or what it was gonna drop. I thank he said he was 87, and been driving since he was 9 years old, and had to sit on the very edge of the seat to reach the pedals. OMG, at first the ole feller said he don't see how it was possible that HE hit ME?! Hehehe. Said he'd NEVER hit anyone before. I told him with a big smile that he shore did (hit me), but that 9 to 87 was the longest perfect run I'd ever heard of.
