Moosic Mtn Barrens (TR w/ pics)

“On Sunday I visited the Nature Conservancy's Moosic Mtn Barrens. Expansive scrub forest, small trees, with many views, some areas almost seemed like alpine. The leaves were beginning to change and the sky was a deep blue. A neat place to visit if in the area.

“Nice pictures Jmitch. I rode my mountain bike up there several times in the mid 1990's, but I've never been back since. I'll have to go back up and check it out again.”
