“Did former Mexican President Vicente Fox actually reveal a long-standing plan to create the "Amero" -- a common currency for Canada, Mexico and the United States -- Tuesday night on Larry King Live?

Of course Fox didn't actually use the word "Amero" but his meaning was unmistakable.
