“The idea of the US having Marines or the beginnings of the concept of marines? If the former, I'd guess the British Navy, if the latter then Sarge's guess sounds like a good one.”

There's not a single one that hasn't been a true professional......wish I have had the same thing from the regular Navy guys. ;-)”
