New England Hiking

“Me and a few buddies want to go on a weekend hike some time in april.. living in CT it would be nice to find a good spot nearby.. any suggestions?”

“Hey what part of Ct are you guys in? I am near Old Saybrook. I haven't done much backpacking in CT but there is alittle check out CTXguide.com it has all of the longer trails in CT.

I usually go to the Catskills, ADKs, Whites or other places to get some good distance hikes in, depending on where in CT you are the Catskills are only 3 hours and offer some great hikes.”
