Same ol' stuff I've made dozens of times before - nothing fancy. Basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, parmesan cheese, pepper. Quantities to suit one's taste. Process until done.

“Thats one of my favorites for a quick dinner.

I use to make it up for clients on wilderness trips, using Top Raman noodles. It was always a favorite. Easy to make, easy to carry and always unexpected. A great group pleaser!

“Kamper makes it in the summer when our basil is fresh. We freeze what we don't use in ice cube trays and transfer the cubes to freezer bags to use the rest of the year. just cut back on the salt.
Also good with arugula.
