“lyra and I already decided that we will name our kitty cat Katahdin. We may name our other kitty cat Tussey, after Tussey Mountain in Pennsylvania which is the mountain range that much of the Midstate Trail traverses. It is a very rugged and beautiful mountain.

“I did think of punk first, but then he/she would have to be a junior...and I don't think I approve of juniors...plus, if it's a girl, then I'd think "Punky Brewster" and even though I never watched the show, it's such a silly name...however I do like the name Soleil Moon...I know a guy everyone calls Punk or Punky, but he looks like his name should be Punk...

and since it's all about me, it just can't be named punk! :)

I also thought of my favorite places in Baxter, but Wassataquoick is such a mouthful, everyone has a different way of pronouncing Nesowadnehunk (some nickname it sore dink - we can't have that!) and Pogy is also a fish, and Frost...well, that's just cold...Davis fits a boy, but it sounds southern, Russell, ick, Little East...etc...

Tracy Horse sounds okay, and maybe Wadleigh, but that would remind me of someone I used to work with...so Pamola it is!
