“Finally I own a home. I signed this morning and delivered my first car load of stuff immediately following. I'm so excited. No more raining in my apartment!

I have lots of nice new shiny plumbing now! :)

And a nice new shiny credit card bill to go with it. It might be a long time before I make it to the woods. :(

We had some of that. It came with a $14,000 bill. I actually told the first contractor to get out of my house because I thought he was trying to swindle us.
