Gremlin - I need cheap Canadian Drugs

“Hey Doug, can you bring 2 bottles of Tylenol with codine with you to FYAO. Here in the states, it costs a ton of $$, and I'm tired of getting a prescription from my doc for my back pain. In Canuckland, there's no need for a prescription, and it's only like $18 per bottle (used to be much cheaper before Bush and the republicans ruined the value of the dollar).

“Buddha, I don't know about Tylenol with codeine, but I'll ask my pharmacist. I think you need a prescription for anything with codeine here. Is there really a difference in price? Over the counter stuff is usually a little cheaper in the US.

The way they check at the border now prevents me from taking any chances as most of my leisure time is spent there.

I know that seniors fill buses and come up here to buy the truly expensive, prescription stuff they need every month, but it's not woth it for bottled stuff.”

“Okay, I checked it out. Tylenol No. 1 is available over the counter (3$ for 30 tablets) and contains 8 mg codeine. Tylenol No. 2, 3 &4 - 15 - 60 mg codeine require a prescription (Tylenol No. 4 = Empracet).
