I disagree completely! For reform, institute a flat tax that makes sense..

For foreign policy, pull all of our troops out of every country in the world tomorrow. No draw downs, no warning, just evacuate the bases we are at. That should send a message. The world would not be the world we live in today if not for the United States and we need to remind the world of that. Enforce nuclear proliferation through the judicious use of smart bombs. We need to take the Israeli approach to threats against our country. Bomb them to oblivion and tell the rest of the world to F themselves.

Future planning will take care of itself in the future.
