Sapalo Island Georgia
I've got a group of twenty I'll be planning for. Once on the Island I'll not have any access to food or Ice. I would like advice on what foods to carry and how much. We will be on the island for three nights.

Twenty people on an island with no food or water? I bet I could make that into a reality show.

Be careful who you take with you. It may not be obvious at first, but a millionaire, his wife, and a movie star aren't always the wisest of choices.

Take a radio btw, and bring extra batteries.

Are coolers an option?

If so we used to line the bottom of a cooler with dry ice, put a fairly think layer of newspaper on top of it so the food won't contact the dry ice, load the cooler and tape it shut and don't let folks open it. Stuff was frozen three days later.

Pack a 6 pack of beer and on the 4th day start offering them for $20 a can.

You can finance the trip.

I would get the NOLS Cookery Book.

Bulk foods, no ice needed, flexible cooking, backpackable. The book tells you how to figure out amounts of ingredients etc.
