I think it is pretty much apparent to anyone with a couple of brain cells that REGARDLESS who we put in there, they will eventually do something to piss everyone off. They may piss off all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time...(and sadly) they may actually manage to piss all the people off all the time.

So therefore a federal government that enforces the original Constitution (i.e. leave domestic and concentrate on protecting our citizens) is the best.

We're saying people who don't make an effort to find out ... wait for it ... WHO ... they are voting for and what they stand for should vote.

Nowhere in "representational democracy" is it implied it's a good idea to reach 100% participation.
