Elise isn't completely to blame. I think the violators (myself included) share the blame for what is sometimes the protracted culture of TT.

Quite frankly, and all respect for Matt, I don't think the "deal" involved more than a check and change of title.

I think the new owners are sincere in that they don't have intention to radically re-engineer this site any time soon, but I don't believe for a second they bought it with "conditions" attached.”
