Prayers for your family. That is awful, awful. Agreed on the other driver. Regardless or right or wrong, that person is likely dealing with lots of guilt.

On 2nd reading, the authorities are supposed to determine fault, but that doesn't mean the newspaper folks had to publish it. More of the public right to know BS. That part shouldn't have been in the article, imo.
