“I guess you didn't see it the first time ---- I don't know if Fox or the Washington Times reported it.   It was big news on C-SPAN, the News Hour, etc.

Dorgan held multiple independant hearings on these types of things over the last few years.   They were more like extended press conferences because the majority leadership in Congress would not investigate these kinds of things before 2007.   The whistleblowers who testified at the time *were* under oath.

As I recall, no Republican Senators attended.
