I bought beads exactly like that in New Orleans back in 2005 (I think). It was a couple weeks after Mardi Gras though. That picture, sadly, is just from a website. Maybe I should order another one. lol

They went on every backpacking trip with me until they finally broke on the AT in NJ in '06, I think. They're well traveled.

Be sure and wear your life jacket. Locally one sank a few years ago. Several people drowned.
