“I kinda like looking through Backpacker if for no other reason than to giggle...love the heavy pack recommendations! and, under the "trip finder:stay-dry spring hikes" they listed the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness in Michigan's UP...I loved that they suggested a loop which included Correction Line Trail...ha! this is known as one of the muddiest, wettest, dirtiest spring trails in the whole park if not the whole UP...someone is going to be in for a big surprise but it won't be me!

I do not get out as much as I wish I could...health issues really slow me down...that said, Backpacker gives me at least a little fix in the way of some decent pictures and much wishful thinking. Now I can afford to take the dream trips I couldn't do in the past my health stops me dead in the water...major irony...”
