All the incriminating evidence and stories should have come out in the trial and pre-trial shenanigans. I don't see that anybody had anything to gain except for her... and all she had to gain was no time in stir.”

“if it didn't come out then... there is no reason for it to come out now. She was gonna be in stir for some time. No access to the stuff she had that could do damage. And if the stuff is still out there, it is still a problem whether she is alive or not. I don't see the benefit.”

In fact, I think it increases the danger that whoever settles her estate will shop any records to the tabloids and other worthy news sources. She would be safer alive and underpressure in other ways.
