Brandi and The Kid--First hike!

“We had a good time though someone has a shin splint--ahem...thats me....I've been excersising too much so thats MY FAULT. still went hiking though---

anyway lots of wildflowers and the Kid loved the hike. He despertly wants to go backpacking with us.

“birch, I've tried to convince him to shave that thing off to no avail! lol I think I'll have to get him really drunk till he passes out and shave him myself. He's trying to look like a west Virginian mountain man.”

“BTW, the Kid had a really fun time. He's begging to go backpacking but he has no gear yet so I told him we'll do a lot of dayhiking for a while untill the gear thing is all straitened out. I took them to a very easy trail that had a lot of opt out options if needed, but I chose a trail that I had found VERY FUN just solo so I knew the kid, dog and CMB would have fun on.
CMB is taking very well to leesh training. ;)”
