“The Campsite is (about) 2 miles or less up the Kistler Memorial Hwy (dirtroad) it's not by any of the trailheads bu is between the Cabin trail and the Babel Tower Trail.It will be on the right hand side.

Moonshine and I just got back from our proposed Saturday Dayhike. We are going in on the Mountains to Sea Trail 1.25 miles then we are going to take a trail that isn't on the map to the left called Lead Mine Trail 1 mile until we reach the Linville Gorge Trail Less than 3 miles. This is the flatest section of the entire Linville Gorge Trail (walk in the park) then we will go UP the PINCH IN Trail 1 mile. The trails going in are straight down and the trail going out is straight up. It'll make them vittles taste good!!!

Iffin anyone could bring a lantern it would be appreciated. Mine is malfunctioning. If anyone would be willing to bring some disposable bowls for the Chili,Vegetable beef soup and the Corn Chowder it would also be GREATLY appreciated!!!


Less than two weeks away and Moonshine and I are already plannin 10th Annual Trip for next year!~!
