A President that does whateverthehell he wants to do, with total disregard for the will of The People he serves, has really missed the point and, you're right... he's getting what he deserves.

To say he has integrity BECAUSE he didn't do what We The People wanted is to say that We The People don't have integrity... Are you saying that if he had done what We The People wanted him to do then he'd have no integrity? That's a little harsh... It's almost like you're saying the will of the people is without integrity... That'll get ya very low approval every time! And it will lose elections every time...”

95% of all mortgages are being paid in full and on time... i.e. Not in default.

The 5% that are defaulting are likely due to job loss and ARM's... The Fed lowered the rates and got a bunch of people hooked... then raised the rates (something like 14 or 17 times) just when those ARMs were to reset. Dirty pool...

But the problem isn't the 5% default... it's the Credit Default Swaps put out on those mortgages ... they can pay off at 30:1


So... that's a LOT of money (Wicked Risky Gambling with other peoples money!) and that's caused the current financial problems.”
